All relations between the Advertiser, as first patry, the Author of the Site (Prof. V.V.Klimov), as second party, and the Distributor of the Site ("Immunopathology Centre, Ltd", Tomsk, Russia), as third party, comply with The Civil Code of the Russian Federation and related international agreements. The Advertiser agrees to use this advertising service of the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The contents of the Site, including text, animations, images and other materials, are protected by copyright under both Russian Federation and foreign laws. Unauthorized use of the materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Site may not be reverse-engineered, disassembled, reproduced, downloaded, transcribed, stored in a retrieval system, translated into any language or computer language, re-transmitted in any form or by any means (mechanical, electronical, by photoreproduction, recordation or otherwise), resold or redistributed.

Ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Site shall at all times remain with the Author. The Advertiser acknowledges that he shall only have ownership and intellectual property in and to submitted advertisement materials as long as the Terms and Conditions are in validity.

The Advertiser acknowledges that it can not be advertised on the Site any materials containing preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, belief, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information, or intention to make any such materials.

The Distributor will provide free online access to the advertisement materials during the "Term", which set forth below. Distributor reserves the right to at any time to alter prices, features, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or any other characteristics of the Site as it sees fit. The Advertiser acknowledges that continued use of advertisement on the Site thereafter constitutes Advertiser's acceptance of any such changes.


Except as expressly provided herein there are no warranties, conditions or representations, express or implied by statue, utility, custom of the trade or otherwise with respect to the Site licensed hereunder, and Author expressly disclaims any such warranties, including but not limited to, warranties or representations of merchantability, suitability or fitness for a particular goal, durability and noninfringement of the third party tighrs. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Author does not warrant that the Site will meet all of Advertiser's needs or that operation of the Site will be error free, and no representations or warranties are made about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or currentness of the contents of the Site. The contents are not intended in any way to constitute medical advice or to be relied upon for medical diagnosis or therapy. A licensed medical doctor should always be individually consulted for medical advice. This limited warranty constitutes an essential part of this agreement. If the Advertiser does not accept the points of this limited warranty and agree to be bound hereby, the Advertiser should quit the Site and discontinue the process of advertisement placement.


Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, whether in tort, contract or otherwise, shall Author or any other person be liable for any direct, indirect, special incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages of any character, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, loss or interruption of business or goodwill, work stoppage, computer or other system failure or malfunction, or any and other personal or commercial damages os losses, even if Author or any other person has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Author or any other person be liable for any damages whatsoever in excess of the amount paid for the Site unit that is the subject matter of claim or that is directly related to the cause of action. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the Advertiser. Warranty gives the Advertiser specific legal rights and the Advertiser may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.


This agreement shall become effective upon Advertiser's payment for the advertisement and shall remain in validity from the effective date until the end of the term of 6 months.
